How it's done

Ingredients

  • 175g flour

  • 200 ml Ammerlander milk

  • 4 tablespoons Ammerlander butter (liquid)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp. sugar

    2 eggs (size L)

  • 150 g blueberries

  • 2 tbsp. oil

  • powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

Mix flour with Ammerlander milk, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar until it's smooth.

Add eggs and Ammerlander butter and mix them together. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Then add the blueberries

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry 16 small pancakes in batches until golden brown, drain on paper towels, dust with powdered sugar and decorate with blueberries.
