1 l Ammerländer Milk
1 cup Tapioka Pears
1 can cream
1 cup brown sugar
(muscuvado)
ice cubes
Caramelize 1 cup of brown sugar. Add 1 cup Tapioka pearls and stir up with the brown sugar until it thickens. Add the mix of sugar and tapioka pearls to glas in a twisting motion. Fill half the glas with ice. Fill up with Ammerländer Milk. Fill up the glas with ice cubes. Add 1 can of cream. Add 1 tsp of brown sugar.
