How it's done

Ingredients

500 g Cream Cheese

100 g sugar

3 pieces eggs

15 g flour

6 g cornstarch

250 g cream

15 ml lemon juice

½ tsp sea salt

Preparation

Line baking pan with baking paper and preheat oven to

210° C circ. Air. Fill 500 g creamcheese and 100 g sugar in a bowl. Add 3 eggs and 6 g cornstarch. Add 15 g flour and juice of one lemon and mix it together. Whip 250 g cream and lift it under the dough. Add ½ tsp sea salt and fill the dough in the baking pan. Bake it 40 minutes at 210° C circ. Air. Remove the baking paper and let cool.
