How it's done

Ingredients

100 g Ammerländer Gouda
250 g flour
90 g sugar
½ tsp salt
140 ml water
30 ml Teriyaki Sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 pieces onions
25 g potato starch
10 g ginger
10 g sesame
10 g parsley
10 g chilies

Preparation

Mix 250 g flour, 25 g potato starch, ½ tsp salt and 140 ml warm water. Leave for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes: kneat and roll out of dough. Cut 2 onions into small pieces and fry it with half of the Teriyaki Sauce. Rasp 10 g of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic into the pan with onions. Add 20 g sesame and flavour
everything with salt and pepper. Add the rest of the Teriyaki Sauce and let everything cool down. Rasp 100 g Ammerländer Gouda. Mix cheese with sauce and add 10 g of freshly cut parsley. Form the dough into long tube and cut it into 8 – 10 pieces. Form and fill the dough with cheese mix. Fry the dumplings golden and crisp. Add a little bit water and steam them for 5 – 10 minutes. Cut chillies into thin slices and top it over the dumplings.
