100 g Ammerländer Gouda
150 g maize meal
150 g wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 pieces red onions
½ pieces chicken breast
300 g sweet potatos
2 tbsp white balsamico vinegar
350 g tomatoes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 piece white onion
1 piece chili
1 piece lime

Mix 150 g maize meal, 150 g wheat flour, 1 tsp salt and 150 ml warm water. Knead into a dough and leave for 30 minutes. Cut red onions into small pieces. Cut 350 g tomatoes and remove the inner part. Mix tomatoes and onions. Cut coriander and mix it to the tomatoes and onions. Add 2 tbsp of white balsamico vinegar and spice everything. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and fry it with sweet potatoes. Add 1 tsp of smoked paprika and fry everything in a pan. Roll out the taco dough and portion, then bake thin tacos in a pan without oil. Fill the tacos with the chicken-sweet potato-mix and then with tomatoe-onion-coriander-mix. Grate 100 g Ammerländer Gouda on the tacos.
Close the tacos and enjoy
