500 g Ammerlander Cream Cheese
10 pieces sun-dried tomatoes
20 g almonds
20 g black olives
50 g sesame
50 g basil
Roasting sesame golden in a pan without oil. Remove all water from the olives and dry them. Cut tomatoes and basil into small pieces. Form Ammerländer Cream Cheese into small balls. Fill the cream cheese balls with one olive and one almond each. Roll half oft the Cream Cheese balls in tomato-basil mix and the rest in sesame.
