1 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 thick slices good quality bread
1/3 cup shredded Ammerländer Havarti
1/4 cup shredded Ammerländer Swiss
Warm a large skillet to medium heat. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice in the skillet, mayonnaise-side down. Top with both cheeses and the second slice of bread mayonnaise-side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted inside. Serve immediately.
